Today, I read an article on CNN.com titled How religion has been used to promote slavery. It talks about how Christianity, Judaism, and Islam allowed slavery and often promoted it. This week in class we finished watching Moozlum. This movie was about a boy growing up under strict Muslim father who put him in Muslim schooling.
